Genuinely had anger issues but I taught myself to control myself and my family was still taln like im immature

its funny that as I see this i had a situation a couple minutes ago that the old me would burst up and get into a fighting stance to handle but now I stayed calm and didnt even feel anger and when the person became the aggressor I just told them keep going with you aggression let it out it did does nothing.
