this feels like straight lightning into the skin. hurts like hell. no scaring. healing takes about same time between sessions as if you tattooed the area. take many sessions. if they offer use the numbing. if they dont, use your own. yes its worth it. never consider saline removal. it scars very badly and rarely works as well (most before and after are fake) Laser is the best method but it does suck.
