the throne did not reject her, it literally cut Aegon the conqueror too guys, also it's a paralel to Viserys who got cut from the throne on the same finger in the same spot as her to remind us how the crown crushes the one who wears it she even looks at what seems to be the statue of her father right after she's being crushed by her fathers crown, the crown crushes the wearer and Rhae im that moment is in an impossible situation being 'crushed'
