I’ve started asking for professional help regarding #4 because I realized the overspending is connected to food. Growing up, my narcissistic father and psycho-b!tch his wife would always lock away food whenever they weren’t home. When I moved in with my mom, I told her about the abuse and she wouldn’t say no to anything because of it 😩

It’s the opposite for me, I save money and can’t spend it because I’m scared it’ll stop coming and I’ll have to survive with nothing so I save it all and don’t buy anything for myself unless prompted

2 I still do, and never realized. 3, I was taught differently by my now husband. When we first lived together, he came into the living room with the vacuum to clean and I jumped up to clean something. He said “you can keep watching your show, this is a 1 person job”. I didn’t know how to process that for a bit.
