🍲 Meatballs with Potatoes and Beans For the Meatballs: • 300 g ground meat • 1 onion, grated • 2–3 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped • 50 g round rice • Salt, black pepper, and paprika Ingredients: • 1 onion • 1 red bell pepper • ½ green pepper • 2 cloves garlic • 1 tbsp tomato paste • 1 can beans in tomato sauce • 1 large potato • Salt, pepper, and spices to taste • Cooking oil Instructions: In a bowl, combine the ground meat, grated onion, cilantro, rice, and seasonings.
