Lol, that's not the traditional adobo. 🫢 NGL, it still looks good. Experimenting is great, but once you add too many extra ingredients, it starts becoming a different dish inspired by adobo rather than adobo itself. 😄

It is adobo, I’m a BSHM student and we learned different types of adobo including adobo sa kamatis. So please stop spreading hates against kuya if you don’t have a clear background in culinary, yes this isn’t the usual adobo, but still a version of Adobo.

Ano ba hindi nyo ma gets sa content nya na ibat ibang version ng adobo. Kaya nya pinapa kita ang ibat ibang version ng adobo kasi karamiyan sainyo iilan lang alam sa adobo which is madami pala. Kaya tantanan nyo na yung "hindi yan adobo" kasi di nyo ngani alam yung ibat ibang version ng adobo.
