house prices has gone up in last 5 years is mad a bubble and that bubble is now bursting , was crazy 100 000 up on one year in most places , yes migrqtion has slowed down , chinese buyears has slowed down with thw restriction etc now come down to salary rise to general public is max 2% and the other expences has gone up to 20 % now with the goverment changes , no chance price of houses will go down , it will free fall
