之前有发生过案件：女生打车只是感觉司机没有按规定的路线走，感觉到不安全，以为司机是坏人，还发生了争执，不信任司机，后来情绪激动跳车入院治疗。后续调查发现司机全程按照路线行驶，女孩跳车行为非常过激也非常不可思议。还有些乘客跟司机发生争执会产生肢体冲突。所以有个摄像头对冲突事件后续判责都有利。对乘客和司机都是一种保护。
