Don't put it on the wet line. Go right below there, but first, use a Qtip and a face powder. Take the Qtip, swipe across the powder a couple times. Now do the eyeliner over the powder and it will stay.

same!! the only thing that stays on mine is the old time maybeline red stick used for eyebrows....heated up with a lighter then applied!!
