When we went to the gym for the first time, he was absolute trash. He could barely dribble with his left hand and his left-handed, he was missing layups, his movement was garbage, and his shot was ok but still needed work. we got to the gym. I simply had him doing basic fundamental drills, but with my own twist, knowing how the human brain works, and how breaking things down to the most simple form would help him. In just a week span he started shooting the ball like he was Anthony Edwards, his handle got 1000 times better, his footwork was becoming that of a real Hooper. Do you think you could make this much progress in your first week if you were trained correctly?
