There are only TWO exceptions to freedom of speech. The first is slander and the second is direct threats of violence. Disorderly conduct, at least in Ohio where I live, has to be things like fighting, blocking streets or sidewalks, public intoxication, making unreasonable loud noises, or creating a hazardous condition.

Ok so I will clear this up for everyone! You can say what ever you want cus word or not, and the cop can not legaly touch you unless you communicate a threat to the cop or someone else. Communicating a threat is the only time a cop can arrest you for the words that come out of your mouth. So you can yes legal cus a cop out up and down and they can not legaly touch you, just dont communicate a threat to them or anyone else while they can here you....
