I got wrongfully terminated in 2023 because 2 new hires African American fabricated a lie about me. according to them we were in a locker room And I was being violent and one of them was recording me , and also said I said the n word to them. 8 months later I got a chance to talk to the HR from Chicago. me and the union told him everything, I also said if he wrote in his statement he recorded me saying the n word why haven't u guys asked for the recording, and the hr said oh ok don't worry I'll fix this. a month later the union called me and said he won't return me to work. I asked the union , did he check the recording? the union replied , no , he didn't care. besides all of this. those 2 new hires a months later from my suspension, they had to transfer to another station. and year later I found out that one of those 2 new hires who fabricated the lie, got fire 2 times due to discipline.... how did he get fired 2.times and I got fired for nothing and never got brought back????? this is so unfair
