🍝 VIRAL ONE-PAN TOMATO PASTA (Menemen-Style) Ingredients • Olive oil • 4–5 whole ripe tomatoes (tops cut) • 1 onion, chopped • 2–3 garlic bulbs, chopped • ¼ tsp oregano • ½ tsp black pepper • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tsp paprika or chilli powder • Salt to taste • Fresh basil, chopped • 300 g pasta • ¼ cup heavy cream • ½ cup mozzarella, • Pasta water (as needed) Steps 1.Heat olive oil in a wide pan. 2.Place whole tomatoes cut-side down. 3.Add chopped onion and garlic in the center. 4.Cover and cook until tomatoes soften and skins loosen. 5.Peel off skins. 6.Add oregano, pepper, chilli flakes, paprika, salt, and basil. gently crush the tomatoes.And Mix well. 7.Stir in cheese and heavy cream. 8.Add pasta and enough hot pasta water to just cover.
