@kelnorman: If you bake sourdough, you need one of these! 🍞✨ I’ve always struggled to get even slices, but the Wolstead Deli Slicer makes it so quick and effortless, giving you perfectly even slices every time. It’s also great for slicing deli meats, cheese, vegetables and other homemade breads. Available at @Kitchen Warehouse

why spend all that time to make beautiful looking bread , slice it neatly only to just shove it in the bag ? show your bread more respect 😂

I bake my own white bread. Do you think this slicer would be just as good on a normal loaf? I struggle to get even cuts!! I’ve tried so many things and I suck at cutting it even with a guide. 🤣 Your bread looks amazing!

If you freeze the bread first and then slice it. Would it be easier?

y buy a meat slicer to cut your sour dough bread then jam it into freezer bags ,,waste of money,,a good sharp knife would do the same job

Do they split apart easy after being frozen? I put baking paper between each slice so they don’t stick but I’d rather not if they come apart easy. Growing up I hated trying to split normal bread each morning, banging the sh out of it on the bench!

Most fighters think punching harder is the key to generating more power. It’s not. Power means nothing if it isn’t transferred efficiently into the target. When you throw a straight punch, your goal should be to land with your first two knuckles—especially the middle knuckle. That knuckle sits in line with the bones of your forearm, allowing the force from your legs, hips, and shoulders to travel through a solid kinetic chain and into your opponent. If you land with the outside knuckles instead, that chain breaks. Your wrist begins to bend, energy leaks out, and not only do you lose power, but you dramatically increase your risk of injury. That’s why so many fighters suffer what’s commonly called a “boxer’s fracture”—a break of the fifth metacarpal after landing with the pinky-side knuckle. Technique protects power. A perfectly aligned punch from a technically sound fighter will often hit harder than a wild punch thrown with bad mechanics. The strongest punch isn’t always the one thrown with the most effort—it’s the one that transfers the most energy. The next time you’re on the heavy bag or hitting pads, don’t just focus on speed or power. Pay attention to where you’re making contact. Small technical details repeated thousands of times become habits. And when the pressure is on, you won’t rise to the occasion—you’ll fall back on your training. Train the details. Your hands will thank you, and your punches will be more powerful because of it. #boxing #muaythai #kickboxing #mma #striking
