here👇🏽 this is the number one thing that I tell my community every single time they workout with me “You’re going to see AMAZING RESULTS but… *say it with me* …you’ve gotta stay CONSISTENT to see TRUE and LASTING results” the number one reason your workouts aren’t working is because you’re working out too hard, and not often enough. I know, life is busy and you don’t have much time on your hands, But trust me when I say a 10 minute workout everyday, 6 days a week is MORE effective than an hour workout on Monday. Why? Firstly, when you workout for much longer than you usually would and push yourself harder than you usually do, naturally you become more hungry. Unless you are consciously in a caloric deficit, you will eat more to make up for that hunger, which will mean that that workout yes was effective but if your goal is weight loss, you won’t see results. Second, if you get in the habit of working out less often but pushing yourself to the max when you do, you develop a mindset around working out that it is a punishment and something that can be a once in a while thing. If you’re struggling with seeing progress, start today with a 10 minute workout - it could even be. Fun dance party you do with your kids. There are so many women in my community that started with something so simple like a 10 minute stretch or dance party, got consistent with it, and are now sharing 40+ lb weight loss transformation stories. They decided that workouts weren’t going to be a last thing on their mind type thing and committed to their goals in small chunks of time daily. Your workouts will start working for you when you find a routine you love and break your goals down into small meaningful steps. Save this post for the next time you’re feeling discouraged, and share this post to your story. You never know who you can help by simply sharing a new perspective with a friend 🫶🏽 #motivation #weightloss #weightlossjourney #motivationfitnessgirl #12weekfitnesstransformation #workoutresults #danceworkout #dance #mindsetshift
