更多应该考虑经济，古代刀叉不是所有家庭都用的起的，几乎人家只有一把菜刀都是常事，所以用筷子就避免了这个问题，所以古代世界很多地方普通人都是直接用手抓，因为用不起刀叉，这个习惯非洲，印度等一直用到现在
