I got diagnosed with bladder prolaspe stage 1 because I was constipated and pushed too hard and the bladder fell a little out of place. make sure you eat high fiber and DO NOT PUSH HARD WHEN YOU'RE CONSTIPATED!! I am doing pelvic floor physical therapy. hope this helps 😭😩
