@creativeflairhq: One painting can pay you twelve times in a single year, and you never have to sell it. It's called renting your art, and almost no artist does it. How it works: Businesses everywhere pay to hang original art. Offices, hotels, cafes, salons, dentists, show homes, even film and TV sets. Some use art rental companies, some you can just walk in and ask. They pay a monthly fee per piece and swap them every few months. The maths that changes everything: a sold painting pays you once, then it's gone. A rented one pays you month after month. One piece can earn its full price back two or three times over and still be yours. And the person who's walked past your work in their favourite cafe for a year is very often the one who eventually buys it. The shift: stop seeing unsold work as failure in the dark. It's a dormant asset. Find one business near you with nice empty walls and offer to fill them. They get art that makes the place look expensive for almost nothing. You get paid monthly, and a shop window in front of new people constantly. No gallery. No permission. One cafe, one wall, and the nerve to ask. Send this to an artist with a pile of unsold paintings in the corner. #SellYourArt #ArtistIncome #EmergingArtist #MakeALivingFromArt #CreativeFlair

Once your work's out earning in a few places at once, keeping track of what's where and what it's making gets messy fast. Gesso is the studio manager for exactly that, inventory, locations, sales, all in one place. Code FLAIR gets you 30% off your first 3 months at gesso.work/join/flair
