he keeps saying pax silica will bring quality jobs, as if that is the only answer to millions of unemployed filipinos—like it’s some kind of trophy solution. but there are many other long-term solutions that have long been neglected and left undone. we do not even know if these jobs from pax silica will truly last. they require highly specialized skills, and naturally, they will likely hire the most qualified people from other countries first—not our own. we can live without ai but we can't live with a destroyed environment.

Yall don't realize na mas maraming mawawalan ng trabaho ang mga pilipino kung magkakaroon ng pax silica kasi AI would take over the jobs and masiyado mag dedepend ang mga pilipino don, at hindi lang ʼyon. There's a 100% chance na masisira ang environment batin at lalo tayo mag hihirap kung matutuloy ang pax silica. Mag isip naman kayo.
