Ingredients: • 2–3 apples • 5 eggs • 170 g sugar • 200 g all-purpose flour • Pinch of salt • Butter for greasing Instructions: 1. Peel and slice the apples. 2. Beat eggs with sugar and salt until pale and fluffy. 3. Gently fold in the flour. 4. Grease the pan and arrange the apples inside. 5. Pour the batter over the apples. 6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes. 7. Let cool slightly, slice and enjoy! 🍎🤍
