I regret that i never understood anything properly and was never able to support you, instead i made you feel self doubting, uncomfortable and criticized. especially when it comes to how i made you feel i blame you for your reactions to my destructive actions when I am the only one responsible for every incident of the downward spiral. I apologize for my failure to help you feel understood and supported, when i couldn't even properly hold myself accountable and provide you with appropriate acknowledgement of the extent of my destructive behavior towards your defenseless innocent life. instead i acted like I did nothing wrong against you and handled myself like I was still allowed access to you. i pushed my overly friendly behavior onto your boundaries to normalize all the detrimental actions i did against you daily. I never gave you consistent effort because I recognize i am very boring, so what is essentially me constantly talking to myself felt like it would be unpleasant for you, and I was afraid of being too much of an annoying chasing pressuring pest again. I only did wrong detrimental actions against you. I see that. i am sorry that my inadequate attempts at reparations and changing my conduct for you only resulted in your increased suffering and distress 🙏🏻. I can't even apologize appropriately. I only succeeded at making you more miserable and proving I am a doomed pile of fail. I will struggle for what's left of my days in my haunted echoes of regret at failing to be any good for you
