I drink a lot of red wine and my teeth definitely have that dark grey staining. I'm starting to think it really is just dyed plaque. Did anyone here with the same issue get good results using KuGIG? Just wondering how long it takes to see a difference because I desperately need to fix this.

Everyone's focusing on plaque, but the bigger issue is keeping your enamel healthy. When enamel gets rough, plaque can stick more easily. Supporting enamel health and keeping teeth clean go hand in hand. I've tried a lot of products, and KUGIG has been the one I've personally liked the most.

Wait... I use this same toothpaste! My dental hygienist actually recommended it when I was starting to get early cavities, just to help protect my teeth from further damage. Honestly. I'm so glad I listened to her.
