That's pretty rare to see from Kaliningrad, they usually smuggle from Belarus and don't get arrested outside EU; we track such events from balloons to drones to star shaped rafts recently filled with cigarettes, feedback appreciated 🎈

In the Netherlands, a pack of cigarettes costs 15 Euros, in Russia 0.50 cents. In Germany 10 Euros, in Poland 6 Euros. In Bulgaria 4 Euros, in Türkiye 2 Euros. So what is the real value of a pack? 😂
