landlord and landladies come to the office and buy the cards,now if we come or sent to come and buy them,they said,they need our Ghana card and many many other other things and also requesting for ownership of the house. so what owner is aged and can not come to your office? can someone come to do it for the owner?

Mr Opoku, what you said so far is good. Are rent control offices in every constituency? if so, how many are in each constituency? Rent Cards should be given to landlords as they come in to register with rent control office as you rightfully said. I am wondering what information is on the rent card?.

rent control should have a website that fully control both landlords and tenants... where they post their properties and where tenants will go and search with reasonable prices and appropriate duration where payments are also supervised .... with this agents taking 10 and 20 percent will be done away with
