Okay so guys hmm I don't know how to say this buh i didn't know how to remove catheter though I have studied the theoretical aspect of it buh haven't witnessed it being inserted or removed before. So there was this day my dad wasn't well they sent him to the hospital and they had to insert catheter and then my mom went ahead and said I'm a midwifery student and they asked me to do it buh i told them i couldn't,fast forward my dad was transferred to a different hospital and then at the hospital one of the doctors there asked me to remove it for my dad bcos they said he's complaining too much that it's hurting, to be honest I was sad and didn’t know what to do and mind you we were at the emergency unit so they left my dad unattended while he almost cried out that the catheter hurts 💔 😢 so I went to get a friend i knew at the hospital that was a nurse to come and help me with it.My dad that's a strong like the most strongest I know on this earth nearly cried bcos of this hmm God will forever judge those doctors and nurses over .J always thank God I didn't loose my dad bcos of that I would have sue the hospital and those nurses as well

So guyss during one of my night shift, there was Mr A he complained that he wanted to pee btw he was on catheter already so I was like don't worry you already have a bag just release it, he was like okayy. not knowing he had other plans in mind.... fast forward 4hrs later I saw him walking around just for me to check his bed and found it stained in blood 😭😭 bro was heading to the toilet and the Ballon was still inflated 😭😭😭 next morning when I was emptying other bags I got to the toilet and guess what 😭😭😭 the entire toilet water was red. btw it was silicon catheter
