This a great idea with one twist. Reverse UNO. Make under $100,000.00, you get 100 votes. Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00, you get 25 votes. Between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00, you get 5 votes. Between $500,000.00 and $1 million, you get 1 vote. Over $1 million, you have to pool/share your ONE vote with everyone else that makes over $1 million. Sounds fair.
