There is no way that flimsy gutter material will hold shape with heavy wet concrete poured into it.

I may be wrong but I think the color is to be added to the water before it's added to the concrete.

add 3/4 inch pvc pipe with t fittings into the forms to run low voltage lighting anywhere you want in the curbs.
