Popcorn RecipeIngredients: 50g popping corn (⚠️ Must be special popcorn kernels; regular corn won’t pop), 10g corn oil, butter / sugar / sea salt as needed1. Pour oil into a thick-bottomed non-stick pan over medium heat. Drop in 3 kernels to test the oil temperature.2. Once one kernel pops, add all the popping corn. Stir to coat every kernel with oil and cover the pan immediately.3. Turn to medium-high heat. Shake the pan constantly to avoid burning the bottom.4. When the popping sounds slow down to one pop every 2–3 seconds, turn off the heat at once. Residual heat will keep popping for another 30 seconds.5. Open the lid. Toss the popcorn with melted butter and a pinch of salt, or caramel syrup while hot. Spread it out and let it cool to turn crispy.
