well since nobody is even TRYING to tell you, I dont know anything about bunnies, but comparing it to dogs and cats this baby could have a spinal injury like a dislocated disc. if the mother wasnt around then you found it, its possible a bird or animal hurt it.

okay well this is a cottontail rabbit. i’ve rescued many but it’s not just for fun. this bunny is severely weak and needs fed ASAP, if the bunny was in a nest and there wasn’t a clear sign the baby was abandoned you absolutely should not of taken it and place it back where it was. otherwise go to walmart and get kitten replacement milk, DO NOT give it normal milk,water, or any sorts of food as their bellies cannot digest it properly at this age. look up depending on the age and it will tell you how many ml to give it and feed it with a syringe or small animal bottle.

give it to a wildlife rehab rehabilitator near you please because it is so hard to keep baby bunnies alive if you are not experienced and I’m not trying to be disrespectful, but I think that bunny is just very young and it needs to be with a foster mom bunny

It appears to be a wild rabbit... if it is wild please call an animal rehabber and surrender it to them. If you want a rabbit, its best to adopt from a shelter.

Taking a wild animal from outside actually can be a reason of injury, it is EXTREMELY hard to keep wild rabbits from outside alive in a house hold, the best thing to do is let it go back outside, it is old enough to go on its own.
