بسبوسة بالقشطة ✨ المقادير : ٢ بيضة ملعقة صغيرة ڤانيلا ١/٢ كوب زيت ١/٢ كوب سكر ١/٢ كوب زبادي كوب سميد متوسط او ناعم ١/٢ كوب جوز هند ملعقة كبيرة بيكنج باودر رشة ملح نضع نصف الكمية في صينية و ندخلها الفرن بدرجة حرارة ١٨٠ إلى ان تاخذ لون ذهبي .. للقشطة : ٢ كوب حليب ٢ ملعقة كبيرة سكر ٤ ملاعق كبيرة نشا الذرة نحركهم على نار متوسطة إلى ان يثقل القوام .. نضيف ٤ ملاعق كبيرة جبنة كريمية و علبة قشطة .. نضع القشطة في الصينية و نتركها تبرد ثم نضيف فوقها النصف المتبقي من البسبوسة … نضعها في الفرن ( من فوق فقط ) إلى ان تاخذ لون ذهبي .. نضع الشيرة و نتركها حتى تبرد تماما و بالعافية 🤍 #بسبوسة #اكسبلور
