go watch the debate of Trump vs Hilary Clinton and see why Trump doesnt pay taxes or pays very little. Google how Elon pays himself. Elon borrows money using his stocks as collateral and being a loan it can ne written off. He then pays himself through the loan.

cpas also get paid by filed return and this structure is complex, so they are getting paid 5 to 10k on the low end PER trust times 23 trusts....yes you are reducing your taxes but yiu paid the tax attorneys 230k

even if a trust owns an s-corp, if a beneficiary or trustee is active in the business, they fall under the reasonable comp rule and require a salary.
