Maybe just normalize playing however you want? Not every account needs to be perfectly built, with pristine 100% exploration or a full list of characters, half of which you won't use).

That isnt realistic, most people who play this game dont play it all the time. For a normal person it would take hours to get 100 on every region and would cause burn out, and a premium team would take a really long time for someone and even caused a lot of people to quit for a bit bc of burn out.
