Got back a week ago and almost missed my flight because of Amsterdam security. Awful the person in front of me was flagged and they would not let anyone pass for at least 10 to 15 minutes. My bag was flagged also and they found nothing. The security was very rude. Thankfully the united pilot waited for us hated all the ugly luxe we got as we boarded. We were two hours early and it wasn’t enough 😓

Now can you find a better way to get people through passport control with tight connections? Existing security simply pick and choose who to let skip the line and it isn’t consistent.

I did this 2 days ago. The timeslot queue was was full after I went in so others with a timeslot were put in the normal queue. the normal queue was only 10 minutes whilst i had to wait 30... There was a lot of miscommunication between your employees aswell. You might want to teach them not to cuss at eachother in public aswell.

Werkt dus niet als je intercontinentaal vliegt en de Airlines er een eeuwigheid over doet om je bagage in te checken (terwijl je al online hebt ingecheckt), vervolgens je tijdslot mist en dankzij de paspoort controle alsnog je vlucht bijna mist…

My challenge is that bag drop at check-in can take anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes, which makes it difficult to time the security slot properly. Without checked luggage it works.

Schiphol was much easier than Dublin hah, I got flagged for my new Hema steel lunchbox, took only a minute to swab and I was on my way again

Yep! My son does it every time he goes to Schiphol. Now let’s hope you’re gonna do something about the overcrowded K+R spots, because too many taxis are blocking the other people from dropping off their families. And we do see the traffic controllers getting angry at me for being a bit slow, because my son has to get his stuff, yet the taxi driver doesn’t get looked at at all, double standards. Taxi’s have their own space, let them park there in stead of the K + R
