@daniebells: To think I’ve been having issues so many times and @ClassPass chat systems literally freaking sucks. Booked @[solidcore] and there was NO instructor. Why tf do i then get dinged for a missed reservation fee? I tell ClassPass there was no instructor and they waive the fee. Cool. THEN I actually missed a class and they’re like we can’t waive the fee because you already had an exception. Like wtf?! That exception was because the instructor never arrived not because i missed the class!? Now this BS & @FORM FLOW PILATES STUDIO is like yeah sorry we can’t do anything at all even though we see you had that completion screen. You’ll have to pay us $15 to take the class. Instead of saying, go on & we’ll work this out on our end with ClassPass because idc about the credits, take them that’s the whole point but paying out of pocket !?
