I’m amazed that no one has ever asked the obvious confounder. The reason why wool class athletes played multiple sports as a kid that they were so talented as natural ass athletes that they could play multiple sports. That is, it’s not that they played multiple sports made them the best athlete. It’s that they could play multiple sports because they were actually incredibly talented.
