As a professional cake baker, I’m stressed. Where are the dowels? Usually you stack all tiers separately after they have chilled for stability. How are you driving it to the venue? But a small tip: bring extra buttercream, icing tools etc with you to the venue.. in case anything goes wrong! Good luck!
