What’s disheartening is that you can acknowledge that the service was great despite your family’s poor experience but still didn’t even tip the minimum. There was retribution to your poor experience but what did Kobe get? How did you rectify this situation with him? Food service is people’s livelihoods not just content on the internet.

I think I tipped. He has as much proof I did vs I didn’t. I just wanted to apologize in case it didn’t get to him. It’s called being nice. Don’t I brought receipts for everything else. It is what it is… why is a video being made about something 3 months ago??

As someone who has a lot of respect in the food and drink industry in Davenport and Rock Island, I would never forget if I tipped or not. You would had been better not saying anything if you were going to say you can't remember if you tipped ot not. The server will always remember. If you did not tip due to whatever confusion and forgot. Just say that.
