@forgetthetakeout: as a parent who is always looking for easy, high-protein school lunches my kids will ACTUALLY eat, these Southwest Pinwheels using @Wild Planet Foods Red Bean & Tuna Ready to Eat Salad Bowls are a new favorite! Packed with protein, fiber, and flavor you’ll never have to worry about tossing your kids lunch! Ingredients: 4 oz cream cheese, softened ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese ¼ cup sliced green onions 1/4 cup salsa 1 tablespoon taco seasoning 2 burrito sized tortillas 2 @wildplanet tuna and red bean bowls from Directions: 1. In a bowl combine everything, except the tortillas and tuna. 2. Spread the cream cheese mixture in a thin layer on a tortilla then add 1 bowl of red bean & tuna over top and spread evenly across the tortilla. Roll up tightly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes (optional) slice and serve.
