It’s our system I don’t want people to go to jail but this shooter didn’t belong in the streets they said he had a long rap sheet . Obviously the shooter didn’t learn anything from being incarcerated or even respect for the law . Jails or prisons need to treat prisoners with minor offenses better teach them things so then when they serve time or have their day in court this will deter them from going back inside. It’s sad but all these people have a story we don’t know how this shooters life was or what made him choose to live like that. he seems like he has no remorse . But again I don’t know him. It’s sad now this man took a young child’s life all over nonsense.
