Hi there! I had bariatric surgery about 7 years ago, but I still have my gallbladder. I do experience dumping syndrome still. I have learned that if I stop drinking 1/2 hour before eating and 1/2 hour after eating I do not get as sick as often. Its worth a shot 😉

People come with all kinds of audacity. Dumping syndrome is hard to deal with. I had weight loss surgery and gall bladder removal and dumping syndrome is still around since 2013

Do they still have their gallbladder?🤣 Any food can set it off. I’m 3 years out and still having it.

Tiff ask your doctor to run a FIT TEST and fecal Calprotectin stools tests, just to make sure its not your something else going on with your bowels, other then dumping syndrome 🥰

I used to eat spinach salads and immediately dumping. It didn’t matter how healthy or “unhealthy” I ate it was coming out - occurred for several years

People are mean… it happens to so many people that get their gall bladder out. I take a digestive enzyme and that seems to help 🤷🏻‍♀️

ask your doctor about Cholestrymine for dumping syndrome. I take it daily and it helps control it

I struggle with this. I started using probiotics and digestive enzymes with Ox Bile. It helps.

Gallbladder removal 10 yrs ago. I take an amino acid complex and probiotics first thing in am. Wait 1 hour and eat what I want. No dumping.

You have to learn your own body. When I get up in the morning I have to eat right away. If I don’t, the bile will fill up my intestines ahead of any food. If I eat late the food will be behind the bile and I get massive stomach cramps. Next thing is explosive diarrhea. I have to eat three meals throughout the day, on time in order to keep the bile under control. Mr. Bile is the problem.

What in the actual hell is wrong with people?!? This is a common thing with gallbladder removal…I hate to tell this person but when I eat raw veggies or salads that’s when it’s the worst for me.

I know my case was unique, but I had microscopic colitis that made my side effects so much worse after surgery. Dumping syndrome, cyclical vomiting that wouldn't stop for 24 hours or more, intense debilitating abdominal pain and cramping, especially between eating and the bathroom. I was diagnosed after a biopsy was done during a colonoscopy. I'm also 10 years post surgery and I know I've mostly gotten used to the changes, I know going from a normal baseline to me would hospitalize a normal person, but it's gone from like an off the charts 10 to about a 4 on a day to day basis now after a few treatments.

I feel it was a bit of a dig towards you. For me eating low fat, higher protien, I try to eat clean, whole food, have made things better. Some people it get better, and some people do everything right, and still have a problem. People with out gallbladder become, super poopers

Trust it won't matter how you change the way you eat. Quite frankly the healthier stuff triggered it worse than the junk.
