People need to understand that wildfires are a natural part of the majority of ecosystems, but their severity has been exacerbated by the rise in global temperatures both natural and man-made (which are partially natural as well since the effects of the previous ice age are almost finished wearing off). There’s no reversing the earth’s warming governments are going to have to adopt measures to better manage forests and warmer climate.
