This might be one of the best lunches I’ve made in a while… Massive protein, loads of flavour and it’ll keep you full for hours. Here’s what you need👇 Ingredients: * 300g chicken breast * 1 tsp olive oil * Paprika * Garlic powder * Salt & pepper * 1 large sourdough loaf (middle removed) * 45g Gouda * 100g light mozzarella * 1 romaine lettuce * 3 sun-dried tomatoes * 30–40g chargrilled peppers * 2 tbsp light mayo * 20ml red wine vinegar * Salt & pepper Season and cook the chicken, chop everything up nice and small, mix it all together with the dressing, stuff it into the hollowed-out sourdough and slice it up.
