I went to a caravan and didn’t leave unless going to the pool or walk on the coast. Everything is just too much and too busy for both my kids.

I want to go the zoo, aquarium , picnics etc but I can’t, he hates it crowded he ends up having a meltdown and being very distressed and always regret it ! People always say ‘just try’ but omg they don’t understand!

People don’t get it, we took my son for a small walk today to a small shop, my anxiety was so high, we had no meltdown! It’s a massive win, people don’t appreciate the small things! Sending big hugs xx

I always also feel guilty for not doing things but its so difficult even when you try because you know they can't always cope in certain environments especially in the holidays when its 10x busier. xx

Differently feeling this especially this 6 weeks holiday feel so alone , I hate being with family members who don’t understand an say you don’t try enough pisses me off only SEN parents understand x
