This is heartbreaking of course but as a mother myself this breaks my heart into pieces! She seemed she was aware of what she was doing. she could’ve gotten the help she needed if she really loved her babies!! she’s going to lose this case!

I 100% think (as a nurse for 23 yrs) this is the result of poly pharmacy misuse. She should have been hospitalized for a while. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get mental health help. My son waited 62 days in a psychosis for a psych bed.

I don’t understand why she didn’t break out of her psychotic moment (if that’s what was happening) when her children surely were screaming and scared as she strangled each one 🥹 Were they drugged? Why didn’t they try to run? There’s a lot of unexplained things with this case!
