Get the rhythm strip turn it vertically and if v1 is pointing to the left it’s left block and if it’s pointing to the right it’s a right block once I saw this the visualization became clearer lol

BBB blinker method in V1. Which ever way the first deflection goes it’s like your car blinker lever. Blinker up right. Blinker down left. I learned the QRS needed to be greater than 120s to qualify as a true BBB but now some literature states it’s 100s.
