Lack of proper lymphatic drainage…tissue necrosis( death of tissue(fat) that was transferred from one area to the next) after a while it starts to rot so it smells. Also lack of proper hygiene. I work in surgery so this happens a lot.

This not true for everyone bcuz I have NEVER EVER SMELL. Some people no have good hygiene bcuz if you follow your after care GOOD you shouldn’t smell.

its called Fat necrosis. If they do fat transfer. the transferred fat cells do not get enough blood supply, they die off and break down, releasing an oily, foul-smelling discharge

After the surgery they need at least ten lymphatic massages but some people didn't want to pay the price. Some can't afford it. I'm a massage therapist I would never disclose anything about my clients on any given saturation.
