Really cool upgrade but what’s going on with international arrival terminal, just seems like a random building behind the airport? I’d love to see upgrades done to that facility

When is T4 getting better upgrades? The one most passengers depart from I would bet bc of Southwest? When is the parking lot out front getting fixed & repaved? I doubt any of the ONT management has tried pulling a suitcase over the terribly filled or unfilled cracks & crumble for the past seven years.
