They didn’t refuse to leave, and they obviously didn’t give them enough time to leave as the cop was already there as they walked o it which wouldn’t make it valid. Refusal to leave the property is when it’s an arrest-able offense

a trespass has through the courts and a store can have someone trespassed police have to be called and the officer will issue a ticket to where you will go to court and officially be trespassed
