I’ve been watching ur videos for over a year now (obsessed with u by the way) and I’ve never felt the need to comment -u say it all and I agree so I like - BUT this oneeeeeeee ughhh so good. Literally had this conversation twice last week- It’s always so sad to encounter people who behave this way or even discover that someone you’ve known has it in them to be so shallow- to the point where u start doubting ur morals and way of thinking. I think you gave a very long complex definition of the word tacky outside of fashion. In simple terms, (imo) tacky may be stretched to more than one meaning but most people know it as when it comes to a person's wardrobe or outfits they wear the most flambouyant expensive pieces with expensive brands logo stamped all over them like they are sponsored by the brand itself. Like you said, overshowing their wealth which shows just how tasteless and low self esteem they may have. But on the other hand, I think billionaires like the ones you mentioned basically have literally too much money that they don't know what to do with. Sometimes it's not just about showing off (yes, as much as it seems like it). I think it's more like "I have 1 billion in cash I can spend what materialistic crap can I exchange with this worthless paper currency?" So what do they do? They buy a million dollar diamond ring because "who cares I have so much of this currency that I can spend everyday until the day I die". I could go on and on but you get the idea. They just have too much money so they just buy random expensive crap and the brands are happily willing to offer them whatever they want at any price they ask.
