Guy comes in, chief complaint stubbed toe. Tell guy he probably won't be seen all day because that's a nothing issue and he's gonna stay at the bottom of the triage list. Guy very gently lays himself down on the floor and pretends to have a seizure.

Had someone calmly walk into the ER with their guts hanging out, cradling them in their arms. All of this during one of my FIRST days training in the ER as an EMT. It was an older man who told us he was an instructor at a high school for a wood shop class. He was using a table saw.
